Each mug is a large 16 ounce Dowan Matte Black Finish Outside & Shiny Inside Ceramic hand-created with polymer clay and protected with a slightly glossy varnish liquitex. Inside of mug is a black color. No Harmful Chemicals. Better than glass and plastic material, the mug set is made of healthy and heat-resistant porcelain, a type of premium LEAD-FREE and chip-resistant ceramic, which are durable to accompany you for years. All decorations are hand created and hand painted and made to order so no two mugs will look the same and there may be slight imperfections or color variances in each one, so I will try to make them look as similar as I can READ BEFORE PURCHASING: PROCESSING TIMES: Every mug is made to order. Hand created and hand painted. They also have to be baked, sealed and varnished. They also need proper time to dry. To meet the demand our processing times are 5-15 business days PRE SHIPPING. CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Please be aware that despite what any mug says, these are NOT dishwasher/microwave safe, the mugs are gentle handwash ONLY. Polymer clay cannot be put in the dishwasher, freezer, or microwave. Do not scrub or use abrasives. Clean with soft washcloth, or non-abrasive sponge only with a light cleanser. SHIPPING: I CANNOT CONTROL THE POST OFFICE. The only assurance I can provide is that your mug will ship within my given times listed (5-15 business days). Beware that shipping over the holidays is absolutely insane. Packages are delayed so plan accordingly when ordering. I cannot control this. If you are concerned about a delivery window/date I recommend you visit the Post Office website to check their updated delivery information. DAMAGE/LOSS: All shipping provides tracking and insurance for loss. If the package is lost (confirmed by carrier), I am happy to refund your purchase. Depending on how busy I am, I may be able to send a replacement instead of a refund if that is what you prefer. RETURNS: Once shipped, all sales are final and I do not accept returns or exchanges. REFUNDS: I am happy to provide full refunds if your item arrives damaged. Proof of damage must be supplied.
